Sales Team Leader
Experis IT have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Teamleader to be based in our London office. The successful candidates role will be to lead a team of Perm IT Recruitment Consultants; to drive productivity for the overall sales operation and delivering against own KPI target; to steer towards work processes and provide support to the team whilst building client relationships and expanding base in the local market.
As the successful candidate your key focus will be team management, business development and strategy, sales and delivery and interview and placement activities. You will have experience of leading, coaching or providing mentorship to a team and you must have worked as a Consultant/Sales Team Leader in a service orientated company or fast paced environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
Budget management and forecasting skills.
Staff training and development skills.
Excellent motivational/leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of the recruitment industry and all major sectors of the IT marketplace.
Knowledge of the local market or proven ability to acquire this knowledge quickly where there are gaps;
Must be able to communicate with impact and confidence and have ability to influence at all levels.
Budget and result responsibility: demonstrable track record of accurately forecasting and successfully managing demanding budgets.
Experience of devising delivery models.
Resilient, tough minded with a flexible attitude.
Achievement Orientation/Drives activities through to conclusion
