Demand Generation Programme Manager

Our client is a well-established IT company based in Poole and they are looking for a flexible, positive, self-motivated and a diligent team player to join their marketing team as a Demand Generation Programme Manager based in Poole. The position would suit individuals with at least two years’ experience within a similar marketing role, looking to advance their career in an environment where your input will be actively encouraged.

Key Results Areas:

A portfolio of prospect demand generation and nurturing programmes, using the latest automation practices, supporting the integration of marketing and telemarketing processes
Proven processes that schedule and then achieve best-in-class progress and conversion ratios at each and every stage of a benchmarked demand generation waterfall
Lifelong planned contact cycles that maturely progress relationships and appointments
Effective tools and applications; such as Marketo marketing automation platform (MAP)
All of the marketing steps to progress a suspect through to being a sales accepted lead
Compelling messages using the Company’s value propositions and supporting content
Programme meetings to collaboratively build, execute and track results
Positive working relationships across the business to ensure maximise program results
Leading techniques constantly improving open, click, download and engagement rates
Strategies to maintain the integrity and depth of CRM and MAP data
A programme approval process maintaining the overall programme roadmap
Stakeholder management that ensures all programmes are agreed and keeps all involved constantly aware of progress, improvement actions and results
Strategies to develop an energised, skilled and motivated Marketing Campaign Executive
Daily and weekly figures and KPI reporting using leading analytical methodologies

Key Skills:

Commercial experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably IT/Telecom related
Marketo MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) and be an experienced user
Digital marketing and media skills
How to deliver marketing programmes in a timely manner through good project management, time management and priority setting skills
Payback and return on investment concepts
Copywriting and proofreading
Propensity modelling and trigger based progressive communications
Microsoft Office application suite, email management and CRM systems

Able to:

Write persuasive copy and have excellent proof reading skills and attention to detail
Identify and execute new and novel methods of delivering key messages to targeted audiences
Understand CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and automated marketing processes using Marketo as the marketing automation platform
Build client value through upselling and cross-selling
Build integrated programmes and campaigns across a broad range of direct and digital tools
Follow the Company’s brand guidelines
Create thoughtful and valuable marketing materials using corporate guidelines
Understand the market segments for the group’s products and services and provide insight into who the target markets are; what their needs are; and, how they may view our products or product concepts
Track and report on lead generation activities for all marketing programmes, using lead scoring and cost analysis throughout the different phases of the demand generation process
Demonstrate an understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN or Miller Heiman
Work effectively in teams and across functional areas
Work under pressure
