FULL TIME CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR - LEEDS BIRSTALL

Our small animal practice in Leeds Birstall is currently looking to recruit a Client Services Coordinator to join our current team. We are a busy vet practice and are looking for an experienced and confident individual to deliver a high standard of client and patient care.

You will be meeting and greeting our clients and their pets, booking appointments over the phone and face to face, dealing with general queries, taking payments and communicating confidently with customers. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be a distinct advantage and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.

Applicants must be client focused individuals who can demonstrate an aptitude for multi-tasking. The successful candidate will possess previous customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service. 

This role is full time and you will need to be flexible to work between 9am to 7pm and every other weekend.
