A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading on-line retailer based in Preston, servicing customers across three websites. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team with an immediate start for the right candidate.
This is a direct customer contact role: The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service and office environment, have excellent telephony and written communication skills, experience in order processing, administration and query handling from customers and suppliers.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will own and resolve customer queries efficiently in a positive and engaging manner, providing a positive customer experience whilst ensuring call quality standards are met.
Your responsibility will be to meet the needs of customers and offer solutions, working as part of a team within a fast paced environment and be an ambassador for the business.
Experience of working in a customer driven environment is essential, preferably within a Contact Centre environment with a proven track record of excellent communication and rapport building skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
Full training given. Working week is Monday to Friday between 9am and 5,30pm. Free parking.
