Calibration Engineer - SCR, Bosch, EMS, INCA, CRETA, Gasoline, P&E, Petrol, gasoline

Our client a leading Automotive company has a range of opportunities within their Calibration Team. Successful candidates will be working on both new and existing projects associated with the development of luxury vehicles & Hybrid Vehicles and will have the following skills and experience;

Degree qualified preferred (Mechanical Engineering or comparable)
Experience of working for a leading automotive manufacturer or powertrain research environment
Base Engine Calibration and the ability to self calibrate
OEM, Tier 1 supplier or Consultancy experience
Experience of Misfire, Cold-start and Driveability
Good working knowledge of either OBD to EU5/Federal (Gasoline) standards or EMS Systems
Good Working knowledge on use of INCA, Matlab, Excel, Word, Project and Access.
Excellent working knowledge of powertrain application tools (INCA, CRETA, Matlab, Concerto)
In-depth knowledge of diesel powertrain EMS control strategies
Self motivated and driven personality with a focus on delivery
Good communication skills and professionalism.
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of current and future emissions legislation
Understanding of the whole powertrain system interfaces (Cooling, exhausts)
Understanding of OBD requirements for EU and NAS applications

Highly Desirable
Experience of SCR/LNT systems desirable In-vehicle calibration experience
