ABOUT THE ROLE
Would you like to work for a dynamic international
learning organisation? If you are looking for a fresh challenge
in a rewarding career with the ability to make a difference, then
this could be the position for you.
We are looking to appoint experienced Lead Support Workers who can lead a
dedicated team of support staff within an enabling and support service. The duties
will involve a wide range of flexible shifts and the day to day management of the
support service.
Suitable candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience,
N.V.Q./ Q.C.F Level 2 and actively working within a residential care service.
An enhanced DBS check is also essential.
