Job title: Maintenance Chargehand
Location: Milford Haven SA73 3EP
Salary: £21,000 per annum
As the Maintenance Chargehand you will assist with the maintenance and repairs to the Ports assets including buildings and machinery.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
*Knowledge and practical skills in the following areas - Metalwork, woodwork, plumbing, welding, hydraulics, electrics/ gas heating.
*A maintenance qualification(s) or completion of a time serve apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
*Procedural approach to work
*Driving licence
Our client is a natural deep water port safely handling over 20% of the UK's energy. Widely recognised as an energy hub, it is the third largest port in the UK and the biggest in Wales.
The Port offers a range of marine services as well as providing facilities and services for general cargo handling, fishing, marine-leisure, and ferry operations on a 24/7 operation.
The Port, along with the cluster of energy-related businesses along the Waterway, is a key driver of economic activity in Pembrokeshire, attracting inward investment and supporting thousands of jobs.
