My International retail client is at the cutting edge of defining and re-defining customer experiences with innovative new ways to shop effectively through new technologies and process solutions. As a result of the constant success of this operations team, they are looking for an analytical and delivery focused Project Manager to help the team define new project opportunities moving forward.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for recognising trends in business and customer data and identifying new business change project opportunities and then define, develop and deliver these projects into the business.
The role itself requires someone who has experience of analysing data and/or data trends and suggesting ways that processes ca be improved moving forward to make the business more cost effective. Experience of LEAN or Six Sigma and process re-design will be really beneficial for this type of role. In addition you will have worked on or led projects and have liaised with sponsors and stakeholders on previous projects that you have worked on.
You will have experience of managing projects through the full life cycle, from development to deployment through to post implementation. In addition you must be a strong communicator and be able to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. You will be able to explore root causes of problems and propose solutions
This role is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of one of the most business-defining teams in the retail sector.
