An exciting opportunity to join a privately owned, well established Design Agency in the heart of Marlborough.

As a designer, you would already have at least 2 years’ experience with a strong understanding of creative design and branding.  You would also have an ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.  You would report to the Creative Director and work alongside copywriters, client services and clients’ teams.  Together with the account manager, you would be a key point of contact into clients and it will be your joint responsibility to ensure that client expectations are met. 

Duties will involve:

  • Developing creative concepts and designing assets to meet the brief.
  • Liaise with client/client services team to gain all information necessary to complete the brief.
  • Communicate with all internal departments throughout the project.
  • Manage and prioritise your time/schedule.
  • Work alongside the development team and to create high-quality visuals for the design of digital projects.

 

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ graphic design experience within an agency setting.
  • Be a creative thinker and able to work to tight deadlines in a busy agency environment.
  • Proficient in using the Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash).
  • Good understanding of HTML.
  • A working knowledge of WordPress would be advantageous
  • Educated to a high level in Graphic Design with a strong digital portfolio, which demonstrates this.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.

The desired candidate will be one who can demonstrate a clear ability to always identify and deliver the best design solution (particularly across digital media) to meet the clients’ needs and build strong commercial relationships.

 

 

 

Working hours Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730 and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
