Who We Are
Support Services Group (SSG Recruitment) are arguably the leading Recruitment Business Incubators in the UK. Having been in the business of helping start-up Recruitment Agencies get off the ground for the past 11 years (and through at least one recession!), we know a lot about what makes a great Recruiter. Helping a great recruitment consultant become a great business owner is our bread and butter - and it's all we do.
Who You Are
You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant, working in a Recruitment Agency with around 4 years' track record in the industry. You will be used to hitting your targets, frustrated with working for someone else and have a real desire to start up on your own.
What We Are Offering
We are looking to invest a significant amount of money (up to £15,000 per new business) in impressive Recruitment Consultants who want to go it alone. On top of that, we will launch and support your new business with our team covering all of the legal, accounting, advertising, branding, website, mentoring, HR, client and candidate management aspects of your company.
Our Return
- We have a share of your business (not huge but enough for us to have a vested interest in its growth)
- We charge a fee for the facilities - but only when your company makes money - this is all part of the investment.
For You
- Well, you get to run your own business but with the backing of a company who has a heavy weight recruitment pedigree.
- You will be working for yourself but not by yourself.
- You will see more of what you bill than you do working for someone else.
