We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to work for an exciting, growing organisation based in Birmingham.
You will play a pivotal role in the shaping and delivery of the Organisations 5 year strategic plan for a Change Centre of Excellence, working across programmes and business change initiatives, focusing on changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles and organisations structures; and obtaining assurance that the delivery of new capability is compatible with the realisation of benefits.
Job Dimensions
This job role can be asked to carry out any of the following change management functions, at any point in time.
We are looking for individuals with the skills set to deliver across this range of functions:
* Providing specific support and advice to facilitate business change
* Responsible for recommending new business structures, operations and working Practices
* Develop, maintain and deliver a change management strategy
* Ensure the change management strategy and change plan follows the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation
