Job Title: Office Administrator
Areas: Huddersfield
Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
We are looking for a highly efficient, well organised office administrator to provide ongoing support to busy sales and installation teams.
Your role will include processing new paperwork for installs and sales, checking that all paperwork is completed correctly and accurately, and then uploading the relevant paperwork to the server.
You will be required to be organised to meet administrative targets and deadlines. You must have the ability to keep accurate records and have impeccable time management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork deadlines are met.
You will need to be confident on the telephone to liaise with surveyors, energy assessors and our funding partners. In addition, you will need to be computer literate and be able to upload work, jobs and sales to the relevant computer software.
You will also be responsible for managing the administration of sales and leads for our other contract partners.
This is a busy role, with a lot of responsibility. You will be key to the smooth operation and running of the sales and install teams, as well as the office generally.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will need to be pro-active, creative and intelligent.

- 2 years working in an office environment
- Knowledge of the insulation industry an advantage
- Background of working with sales and or install teams preferred
