Our client, a leading financial services firm in Bolton requires a Trainee Business Development/Account Manager to take on a specialist role within their Advice Department.
The candidate must be driven and ambitious and have proven sales experience. A financial services background would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience will include:
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Self motivated
- Committed to producing work to high standards paying particular attention to detail
- Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
- Good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Good mathematic and problem solving skills
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant IT systems
- Be receptive to new approaches and ideas
- Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage
- Salary £12,500 to £15,000 with realistic OTE of £25,000 +
