Traineeship Engagement Consultant - Berkshire

Our client is looking for a Traineeship Engagement Consultant to join their team in a role covering the Berkshire region.

The company are a leading national training provider of Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Employability training programmes within Hospitality and Care. The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for promoting Traineeships both to learners and employers across the Berkshire region.

This role would suit someone that has worked in a sales capacity within Work Based learning, Education, Training, Welfare to Work or Apprenticeships. If you have worked as an Employer Engagement Executive then this role would suit your current skillset.
Candidates may also come from a call centre, recruitment or other sales / field sales background and have plenty of self motivation and enthusiasm for people, sales and representing a company in a positive light.

You must have experience of cold calling, face to face business, generating leads and converting new business.

As you will be promoting Traineeships it is essential that you are able to speak to businesses in a professional manner, gaining an understanding of their business and building a relationship with them. A consultative sales approach will be required. Rapport building skills are also an essential part of successful working with the businesses that you will be contacting.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a telesales and face to face capacity, cold calling and generating your own leads, as well as working towards targets and KPIs.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum + Bonus scheme OTE £30,000
