One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic contract opportunities within the financial services industry for an important client in Bristol.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree from a UK University or someone who has recently left college with relevant customer service skills to undertake a challenging role in a rewarding industry.
The rate on offer is £90 per day (circa £22,000 per annum) for a period of at least 18 months. You would be required to work Monday to Friday with the possibility of some shift work expected between 8am-6pm although flexibility will be required to accommodate the project work load.
As a Graduate Financial Services Administrator you will:
• Gather and check client information before inputting onto the database
• Complete a check list of data to ensure each step of the process is complete
• Contact customers as and when required to gather any missing information and discuss any requirements
• Process payments and transfers
• Remain up to date with any changes to the process and procedures made by the client
• Meet required targets set by the client on a daily basis
We are looking for recent Graduates who possess the following attributes and abilities:
• Degree from a UK University or A-level/HND equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
• Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
• Strong ability with Word and Excel
• Extremely professional, well-presented and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs.
Please note you must be able to travel to Bristol for this role and be available for the duration of the project.
You will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check and Credit Check for this project.
