Following internal promotion, a rare opportunity has arisen to join the senior management team at the UK manufacturing plant, Owens Corning Veil, in Liversedge, West Yorkshire. The site employs 70 people, working on a multi-shift, 24/7 basis, in a highly automated, continuous process operation. Reporting to the Plant Leader and forming part of the senior site leadership team, you will assume full management responsibility for the production function. Your challenge will be to lead, engage and inspire a highly skilled workforce to further develop a customer focused, continuous improvement culture with a commitment to driving manufacturing excellence and reducing costs.

We are looking for a dynamic manufacturing professional with the tenacity and vision to deliver even greater improvements to an already high performing plant, through the utilisation of leading edge manufacturing tools and techniques, including the implementation of a company – wide, TPM initiative.

Graduate calibre – you will have demonstrable ability to improve productivity within an advanced, team based, continuous improvement manufacturing culture.
