The QA Performance Load Testing Lead Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Systems QA Performance Test Lead to work within our System Quality Assurance (SQA) department, with the responsibility of managing the execution of performance tests (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability) on a variety of projects and products. 

  QA Performance Load Testing Lead Selection Criteria:

> The successful candidate will have a profound knowledge and significant experience with performance and load testing methodologies and the tools being used.

> Experience delivering solutions in a fast-paced dynamic environment with some requirements uncertainty is essential to this role, as is the ability to respond and problem solve quickly.

> The successful candidate should be well organised, with good verbal and written communication skills so to lead geographically dispersed teams

> Ability to set high standards and abide by them, with clear vision and decisiveness

> Previous experience in a similar role and organisation would be an advantage

You may have worked in the following capacities: Senior Load Balancing Test Engineer, Lead Load Performance Tester, Performance Test Manager, Senior Systems / Performance Test Analyst.
