Justphysio is recruiting for a specialist paediatric physiotherapist to work in a small specialist school based in Chelsea and Westminster West London. The school provides an individualised curriculum, adapted to fit the children's needs. Through careful assessment, the team develop and match the curriculum to the children. The team comprises a range of professionals: Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language, Physio and Occupational Therapists. The school integrate these therapies within the curriculum and throughout the school day.
Job purpose -
*To ensure high quality physiotherapy for all pupils in the school.
*To support the aims, values and ethos of the school and carry out the duties as required to fulfill job role.
*To consider at all times the health safety and welfare of all the children in the school and to maintain good order in sessions and in extended activities.
*To lead physiotherapy throughout the school under the leadership of the Head teacher.
To be considered for this role you must have a bachelor degree in physiotherapy, be currently registered with the HCPC, you must have experience treating paediatric patients with mental and physical disabilities and be confident to work as a lone Physio part of a MDT.
In return you will be offered CPD contribution, paid holidays throughout the school year and a competitive salary.
