CRG Healthcare are looking for experienced and competent nurses to work within a hospital who is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to its patients. The ward is an acute medical ward and its speciality service is diabetes.

The successful candidates will be required to:
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for a defined caseload.
* Support the ward/department Sister/Charge Nurse and their deputy in the implementation of their role.
* Take responsibility for developing innovative practice and leading the implementation of such practices, to enhance patient care.
* Promote health and wellness through practice and education of patients, relatives, carers and staff.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this role.
