Registered Nurse - Dialysis Unit

Salary: Band 6 up to 33,746
I am recruiting for a Registered Staff Nurse to work for a Dialysis Unit based in the centre of London. This is a unique opportunity for a registered nurse to further develop their career within the Hospital. This Hospital has won various awards for being one of the best independent, private hospitals. Duties of a Registered Nurse
The new Staff Nurse will join this established team to protect and promote the health and well being of patients at the hospital, providing a high standard of practice at all times. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively as part of a multi disciplinary team.

This role is ideal for an Experienced Registered Staff Nurse, who is now looking to move into a role with a challenge. This is an interesting and varied role that will provide a good development opportunity for the right candidate.
You will take ownership of care programmes for dialysis patients with end stage renal disease or acute renal failure, working closely with dieticians, counsellors and other specialists. By ensuring that care pathways are tailored to meet clinical requirements, work, family and social needs, you will help provide the stable environment, emotional support and independence patients need to achieve required outcomes. The majority of patients having treatment with us are NHS from the local Hospital in the area. The Unit also accepts holiday patients who require dialysis whilst in London.
Am I the right person for this role?
The successful Staff Nurse must have the ability to communicate sensitively with people from all cultures and backgrounds, as they will have a passion for delivering high quality care. They will be proactive and highly organised as they will be adaptable and able to meet changing working patterns and caseload, working independently as well as within the team. The individual will have to be RGN with a current NMC pin with Educated to first degree level or equivalent renal qualification.
