The Place:

Our client, Glasgow’s top 4* Hotel is looking for an Assistant Bar’s Manager to join their experienced F&B team at this trendy high volume hotel in the heart of the city.

The Job:

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will be in a hands on role which will involve you overseeing the day to day operation of the main hotel bar, function bars, cocktail bar and restaurant beverage service, leading & motivating the team. The main focus has to be on quality beverages, exciting new cocktails and high quality service. In addition you will be tasked with staff rotas and wage costs, stock ordering and control. The bar is a destination bar as well as an area for Hotel guests. The Person:

This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity which requires an Assistant Bar Manager with personality and attitude to deliver the quality service, manage the staff and look after the product. It will be your responsibility to create a sophisticated atmosphere. You will have experience within a similar modern environment with a working knowledge of cocktails and champagne. This opportunity would be ideal for someone working at an Assistant Manager or Supervisory level and looking for their next step. This role requires someone who has worked in a four or five star environment and can demonstrate experience dealing with high volume, quality conference and banqueting. Your ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional standards is the key.



The Rewards

Our client is offering a salary package in the range of £18,000
