AAT TUTOR
Part Time, Associates Contract
The Business Administration and Finance Department has a Temporary AAT Tutor vacancy to teach Level 3 Accounting programme to predominantly Apprentices.
Suitable candidates must hold a teaching qualification and AAT or equivalent qualifications at level 3 or above with continued professional development.
It is expected that you will be well organised, innovative and creative, have strong classroom management skills, be self-motivated and a good communicator as well as having excellent listening skills and good administrative skills. You must have a proven track record of your learners achieving and good to outstanding lesson observation feedback. You will have significant experience in the design and development of curriculum, developing teaching resources and lesson plans to support learner centred delivery.
The requirements for this role is to cover the hours of Tuesday 5.30pm 8.30pm and Thursday 5.30pm - 8.30pm at our Blackpool site. This role will be paid on an hourly which will be discussed during the interview.
You must hold a valid driving licence and have your own transport.
Appointments are subject to the receipt of a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS; formally the CRB), or a check via the Update Service on a relevant enhanced disclosure.
