NHS Property Services is a new organisation established to manage, maintain and improve significant parts of the NHS estate. Working in partnership with NHS organisations, we create safe, efficient and sustainable healthcare environments and workplaces.
You will be responsible for managing of the Facilities Management (FM) provision in a defined area, managing multiple self-delivery teams and/or subcontractors whilst building effective partnerships and seeking opportunities to grow the business.
The base for this post is flexible within the coverage area-please indicate preferred area in your supporting statement
