They now have an opportunity available for a Technical Trainer to join them to train new and existing employees, Installers and Service Engineers to ensure they are aware of their responsibility to deliver world class customer service while representing our client.

Assessing, developing and monitoring employees and Installers behavioural competencies using the  competency framework, you will provide Health and Safety training and demonstrate due diligence through assessing skills and competencies, by developing and maintaining a system of accurate training records, including declarations. 

Creating individual development plans based on effective training needs analysis, you will train Installers and Service Engineers in the fitting and servicing of all their products, including all Building works relevant to any Installation including plastering, brickwork (laying or removing), the fitting of angle irons, lintels and an awareness of what is required on groundwork’s relating to bases of porches etc.

With extensive experience within a similar Technical Training role, you will ideally have a background in the Window and Door industry and be capable of delivering training to a wide range of people on various topics.
