Process Engineering Manager - major FTSE company

A newly-created role to join this major FTSE multinational as it looks to recruit a process engineering and continuous improvement specialist.

You will have extensive expertise of designing processes & change management that brings about optimisation in a large and complex business with a global footprint.

This position offers great autonomy to really take ownership of this role and is to work in a department that consists of over 300 people globally, so there will be plenty of scope to grow and develop.

This is a permanent, long-term role providing you with the opportunity to forge long-lasting, effective relationships with stakeholders across the business & really see your recommendations implemented in both the short & long-term.
