Sentinel Health Care Ltd is a leading provider of Nursing and Residential Care in the UK

We are looking to recruit:

FT Skilled Senior Carers - Days & Nights

for our purpose built Residential Care and Nursing Home,

The successful applicant must possess an NQF Level 4 or equivalent Qualification (i.e. NVQ Level 4) and will need to have a minimum of 2 years senior experience of working within a residential home environment. (NQF, National Qualification Framework, is taking over the old style NVQ Qualifications).

This is a key role which requires a sound knowledge of the
Health and Social Care Act 2008 or the Nursing Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and Associated Minimum Standards. You must also have strong communication skills which is essential in this role.

The successful candidates will liaise with the resident's family, friends, GP, community nurses, specialists, pharmacists, local authorities, local councils, voluntary bodies and any other associations related to the care of the elderly.
