Our client is UK's largest judicial services group with 1,200 employees and agents. We act on behalf of taxpayers to recover outstanding criminal fines, child support arrears, council tax, congestion charges, and bus lane contraventions. We also recover unpaid Employment Tribunal Awards due to employees and unpaid invoices due to small businesses.

The four companies process over 1.4 million court orders per year, with over 1,200 staff and self-employed agents.

We are looking for people interested in engaging with us as an enforcement agent through our trainee programme and also keen to hear from existing certificated agents who may wish to engage with us.
We have various trainee roles available all across the Midlands area including CV, DE, B and PE postcodes.

Role purpose;

Key activities;

A field based engagement where you will make home visits to debtors with the aim of collecting payments in full or negotiating suitable payment recovery plans

*Acting in an ethical manner at all times
*Achieving targets as agreed with your Area Manager
*Ensuring that all the appropriate information is given to the proprietor/debtor
*When appropriate Take Control of Goods in accordance with the Laws Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act (TCEA)
*Adhering to all industry regulation and legislation
*Responsible for your own performance as well as supporting a wider network of Self Employed Agents

Essential Skills and Qualifications;

*Work well under pressure and to high ethical and professional standards
*Excellent interpersonal, influencing and customer service skills
*Ability to prioritise and manage your own time
*Good organisational and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
*Target driven and an understanding of delivering against key KPIs and SLAs
*A full driving licence is essential for this field based engagement
*The engagement is subject to a satisfactory CRB and CCJ check and reference checks
