This is an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Account Executive, to join a market leader who has been in the business for well over 25 years, in the supply of innovating solutions to the maintenance industry in the UK. Supplying repair products for some of the biggest names in the country, comprising of industrial cleaning, building and engineering maintenance.

Key Tasks/Main Duties:

Working in a friendly, sales target driven environment, based in Nantwich, you will be confident in making outbound B2B sales calls, building relationships and rapport with existing customers, as well as sourcing and developing new customers on a monthly basis.

Duties include:

- Outbound Telesales
- Calling businesses only (B2B)
- Selling from range of products
- Full initial Sales and Product training with on-going support and training
- Leads provided along with training to find new business
- Account Management

Work related skills/attributes:

- The applicant needs to have a lively and bubbly personality with a natural ability to talk to people and build relationships.
- Must be comfortable with the idea of cold calling and have good communication and listening skills.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with lots of enthusiasm, is essential for this role with a determination to exceed results.
- A self motivated and competitive approach, together with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain a positive outlook, is also required.

It's a challenging role, but for an ambitious, sales executive with the ability to smash targets, you'll thrive on the buzz of the sale! They pride themselves on being different from other sales teams, which is why each team member has been with them on an average of 6 years!

- On target earnings in first year between £15,000 - £25,000
- £25,000 upwards from then on...... with no cap on commission!
