The Company:
Our client is a well-established, International Manufacturing Company in the Automotive industry

Main Duties:
Due to constant growth my client needs a dynamic person to support the development of new businesses

The Role:
- Develop new businesses for specified department
- Identify, develop & negotiate projects with new and existing customers
- Ability to develop, liaise and improve relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure maximum efficiency and commercial awareness
- Identifying and solving potential problems with suppliers & customers
- Coordinating of all aspects of dedicated projects
- Able to travel to UK & Europe & Japan to visit customers

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) - essential
- Fluent in Japanese (Written & spoken) – essential
- Experience in Technical Sales, Business development and/or Account management
- Experience in manufacturing and/or Engineering environment - desirable
- Engineering qualification - desirable
- Driving license - essential
- Target and Sales driven
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic and eager to learn
- IT literate

The Salary:
