Salary: £8.25 - £9.25 per hour plus mileage (driving licence is essential)

Hours: Zero hours contract or 16hr and 30hr guaranteed contracts.

Duration: Permanent

Description:  As a Care worker, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of the service user in a person-centred manner promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives. No experience is necessary as you will be fully trained at an SVQ2 level 2. However, while we can teach you most things, we cannot teach you compassion, and so this is the one essential requirement for this role. Our Carers are dedicated, have a genuine interest in the people for whom they care naturally kind and warm-hearted.

 As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for:

•    Personal Care – Getting in and out of bed, Dressing, undressing, washing, bathing & toileting.
•    Healthcare - Assisting the service user to take prescribed medication. 
•    Dietary Care – preparation of snacks and meals and assisting with feeding as required.
•    Household Services – General cleaning duties, bed making, laundering, ironing and shopping
