PK education are currently recruiting for a Drama Teacher to work in a secondary school in Nottingham. This school has a good reputation and are currently recruiting for a Drama Teacher for start with the school on a Long Term Drama position starting ASAP. The school is easily accessible from Nottingham city, South Nottinghamshire and North Leicestershire, by public transport and by road from most areas in Nottingham, with parking available.

You will need to have experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 Drama however experience/knowledge of Key Stage 5 Drama would be ideal but not necessary. You will be required to do all planning, marking and preparation for the classes you are responsible for as well as attending school meetings and parent's evening. This position will be paid to scale to reflect the commitment and work of the individual.

The successful applicant will be a qualified secondary trained Drama Teacher with a solid background of teaching Drama within secondary schools within the UK and will ideally hold QTS or QTLS, NQT's are suitable, However is your are an FE Qualified Teacher without QTLS we will consider your application with a solid background of Drama Teaching experience. All applicants will be subject to past school references and a current DBS check under our clearance procedures.
