The Facilities, Maintenance & Postroom Assistant Opportunity:
This role undertakes and initiates facilities including setting up meeting rooms, organising pool cars and managing the facilities helpdesk and maintenance works supporting on site minor maintenance issues and occasionally other locations. The role also ensures the free flow of incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries at Oxford.

Maintenance & Postroom Assistant Selection Criteria:
> Customer service skills including face to face and over the telephone
> An aptitude for DIY type activities
> A customer focused approach to internal requests
> Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
> The ability to work independently without supervision
> Good organisation skills
> An ability to plan and prioritise own work
> Must be physically capable of moving office furniture, stationary, supplies and mailroom items with appropriate equipment
> A drivers licence is essential
> Previous experience within a post room environment would be an advantage as would previous experience of sorting and distributing mail
