This is a fantastic opportunity to join the sales support team at our client’s dealership in Hull where you will hit the ground running.
Ensuring the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the dealership sales department, you will be responsible for:
• Ordering new vehicles.
• Registering, taxing and invoicing for vehicles and products.
• Arranging funding for used vehicles and removing it when sold.
• Stock management.
• Processing paperwork on a timely basis.
• Assisting with delivery arrangements where required and liaising with customers.
You will provide an excellent support service to the sales function whilst complying with their quality standards, policies and procedures.
Their ideal candidate will:
• Be able to work calmly under pressure.
• Be able to prioritise a changing to do list.
• Have excellent administrative and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Be a friendly, helpful and flexible team player.
• Be able to interpret difficult and intricate information.
• Have an excellent attention to detail and possess good organisational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, AFRL, Dealer Management Software and invoicing is essential.
Applicants musts have recent Motor Trade Main Dealer Sales Administration experience to be considered.
