The Establishment & Client
Part of a growing gastro pub group, that portray themselves as fine dining with other establishments within the group reaching a 2 rosette status they are a company that looks to be heading in the right direction. The establishment itself is situated in a small village on the outskirts of the Newbury.
What they are needing.
They are in need of a Sous Chef & would look at a strong CDP /Junior Sous who has the passion, drive, commitment and organisation skills to help progress this establishment in to its first rosettes.
Other Attributes needed
- A Full Clean Driving Licence.
- Own transport, due to the location.
- Experience as Sous Chef, whether that’s hotel, pubs or restaurants.
- Good GP knowledge and understanding
- Great Communication Skills and leadership Quality’s
- Calm under Pressure with good organisation skills.
