Our client a world leading company are looking to recruit Account Handlers to join there growing team based in Blackpool.

Job Purpose

To manage and call portfolio of data on CRM platform

To assist in the growth of clients

Liaise with account Handler Team Leader to ensure on-going high standard of service levels are met

To support one or more Consultants in their efforts to

  • develop new client opportunities in a manner which is compatible with the principles of “Treating Customers Fairly” 
  • increase new business sales revenue
  • comply with all regulatory requirements

Duties and key responsibilities

  • Retain, service and grow existing client base of data giving quality advice, valued contact, ensuring you provide top quality proactive customer service at all times
  • Work at all times in accordance with procedures and healthcare sales processes.
  • Organise and manage own workload to provide a consistent, high quality service through peaks of pressure
  • Process new business letters of authority and appointment in accordance with published procedures

Accurately update and maintain client records

 

  • Routinely and consistently follow procedures and compliance requirements
  • Prioritise and take proactive responsibility for own workload
  • Keep consultants and line management up dated with progress towards agreed deadlines, and communicate clearly in all directions on work related matters
  • Ensure all client requirements are dealt with promptly and records updated
  • Observe and adhere to TCF responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team and will accept a shared responsibility for colleagues’ workloads, to ensure that workload imbalances are managed effectively and do not impact negatively on customer service
  • Adhere to the Company’s Training and Competency Scheme and maintain an individual development log (IDL)

Skills needed

Excellent  organisation skills

Results driven

Self motivated and confident

Ideally have experience of outbound telesales environment achieving a minimum 120 good sales calls per day.

Previous use of SAGE / CRM databases would be preferable

Good IT skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel etc)
