Community Life Choices is now looking to recruit Carers to work in Preston, Lancashire.
We currently support a variety of individuals that require support in the following key areas:
- Medication Management
- Moving & Positioning
- Personal Care
- Support with correspondence
- Support in attending hospital & doctor appointments
- Companionship
- Outreach Support
We have full time hours available that would involve working Monday to Sunday and having every other weekend off. To be considered for the positions available you will need to have at least 6 months experience within a caring role, or be able to support your suitability through a telephone interview. It is essential that you are a car driver and able to work from Monday to Friday and every other weekend.
