Job Title: Senior ASP.NET (C# Web Programmer, SaaS)
Location: Nottingham
Salary £35k p.a. depending on experience + 21 days holiday + annual training budget
For over 14 years, our client has been one of the leading creative agency and software providers in the East Midlands. Their studio is full of front and back end Developers, Web Designers, Graphic Designers and Project Managers who have been with them for up to 10 years or so and have seen the company grow from a small team to a team of almost 30 and they’re expecting expansion further still!
Due to constantly expanding client demands, they are now seeking an ASP.NET Programmer with several years experience who can hit the ground running and take their software to a new level of quality. You will need experience in the following:
• ASP.NET (4.0+) with C#
• JavaScript (especially jQuery and other client-side libraries)
• jQuery
• MS SQL Server (2008)
• T-SQL
• ORM frameworks (such as LLBLGen, Entity Framework, NHibernate)
• Web API / Web Services
• HTML (5), DHTML CSS, XML
• Object Oriented (OO) programming concepts
• Web application development concepts and methodologies
With them, you will be in a dynamic and knowledge-rich environment where you can progress, share your ideas and develop them as a team. It’s a really unique position to be in and a good developer who shows a flare for teaching and training and gets excited about innovative ideas and improving their skill set is likely to see themselves go very far.
