We have recently taken on a position of a Quantity Surveyors with my client based in Witney, salary between £30K - £35K with company car. You will be required to oversee financial aspects of contracts, contract values from £20k to £750k usual, sometimes higher, monthly valuations, subcontractor payment management and also the subcontractor wages, overlooking new contracts JCT, NEC.
Working hours will be 8.30am 5.30pm degree flexibility, travelling to sites as and when required, measures etc, site meetings, predominantly office based.
Roofing experience would be an advantage.
