Casual worker Fixed term 37 hours per week until 26th June 2015 on a 3 week rota with shifts starting at 7.00am – 3.30pm or 3.00pm – 12 midnight this includes some weekends. £9.00 p/h - £9.70 p/h (Dependent on experience)

You must provide a coherent and integrated support structure, which meets the needs of individual learners. You will act as a role model for learners to reinforce communication and social skills. You will assist, guide and encourage learners to be as independent as possible, and work in close partnership with teachers to provide a coherent, personcentred learning experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that students individual care needs are met both in the residential setting and in the curriculum.

The individual must have Level 2 Qualifications in numeracy and literacy
(or achieved in 6 months), NVQ Level 2 Care (or to be achieved within 3 months) and Level 2 Safe Handling of Medicine (or to be achieved within 6 months)
