Spectra Security are leaders in the supply, installation, and after-sales service of electronic access control and CCTV systems.
We are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to increase our market share. You will be a well-organised, IT competent and methodical person, and able to work with minimum supervision, plan and maintain your customer contact whilst enjoying backup admin and technical support from the Spectra team.
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding your target sales performance, and create new business relationships. You
will have excellent written and spoken English, and will be comfortable working on your own and with other members of the team.
We offer an excellent starting salary with sales commission, with an OTE in excess of £35K per annum, a generous holiday entitlement, a company vehicle and a friendly working environment.
