CARE HOME MANAGER
RELIGIOUS OF THE SACRED HEART OF MARY,ARROWSMITH HOUSE,CROSBY
We have an exciting, challenging position of Home Manager to support the needs of 9 Sisters, all of whom require care. She will have a small, dedicated and experienced team to lead.
We are looking for a strong, energetic, female, registered nurse to manage the everyday running of the home (in accordance with Section 7 (2)(e) of the sex Discrimination act).
Recent Care Home managerial experience caring for elderly persons is a must with excellent interpersonal skills and personnel management expertise.
Of equal importance you must be adaptable, flexible, empathic, and demonstrate care and sensitivity.A current driving licence is essential.
