We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work permanently on behalf of our client based in Cardiff.
Our client will be counting on you to build relationships with their customers by demonstrating that you understand the customers individual needs, and provide information on products and services to help meet those customers needs.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor:
* Inbound calls dealing with queries relating to boilers.
* Book engineer appointments.
* Follow the correct company procedure for identifying and prioritising vulnerable customers.
* Promote and up sell products predominantly focusing on insurance cover.
Qualifications / experience of Customer Service Advisor:
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Be able to communicate with different types of people.
* Show empathy when required; take responsibility and ownership of problems.
* Build rapport and be able to identify up selling opportunities.
* Demonstrate a good balance of customer service and sales skills.
* Previous customer service / call centre experience would be advantageous.
You must be flexible in your availability to work as the call centre is open between the hours of 7am-11pm Monday – Sunday.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Training provided.
