We are recruiting for Inbound Call Centre Advisors to work in Cardiff.
Main Duties of an Inbound Call Centre Advisor:
- Match products/services to the customers need
- Keep up to date with all products and service knowledge

- Update customer records
Required Skills of an Inbound Call Centre Advisor:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Basic computer skills
- Keen for self development
- Immediate availability
Hours of work:
x4 10 hour shifts between Monday-Sunday 8:30am-11pm
Salary:
£6.52 per hour + Bonus + Incentives
