Service Desk Person
Wage – Exceeds National Minimum Wage
Hours – 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location – St Helens, Merseyside
Duration – Permanent
Description
To work in a busy service desk department, must be IT literate with a good telephone manner, dealing directly with customers. Previous experience in this field or similar field would be an advantage. Duties include answering the phone, customer service, booking work, dealing with operatives, general admin. Must be able to meet deadlines.
