An experienced Call Centre / Contact Centre Manager is sought to join this organisation to manage two sites in London and Derby.

The organisation is the largest UK foodservice meat supplier to the restaurant and hotel trade, supplying all species of meat and meat products.

They are now seeking a Call Centre / Contact Centre Manager to handle the day-to-day management of two telesales centres. This will include managing consistent levels of customer service, coordinating and motivating staff, and liaising with head of department.

Title: Call Centre / Contact Centre Manager
Location: Derby (3 days per week) and London (2 days per week)
Salary: £30k - £36k per annum

The Call Centre / Contact Centre Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Day-to-day management of a dual site sales centre, on a 3 day 2 day pattern
- Setting performance targets for accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Organising staffing levels
- Handling complex enquiries and complaints
- Improving performance
- Recording statistics
- Coaching and motivating staff

The ideal Call Centre / Contact Centre Manager will possess the following:
- Substantial experience of managing a busy call centre / contact centre / telesales centre, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector
- The ability to work in London and Derby
- Must be willing to work in a meat heavy environment
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using Microsoft AX would be advantageous
- A knowledge of food manufacturing is desirable
