Synarbor, is one of the largest and most innovative education recruitment companies in the UK. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to manage one of our successful branches - one of 15 UK offices established over 10 years ago.
You will have responsibility for all aspects of branch management including; the highest standards of service delivery, full P&L responsibility, budget and target setting, appraisals, and an annual business plan. The branch is already very successful and requires a professional, dynamic manager to take it to the next level. In addition to working with local schools and colleges, a number of large scale recruitment contracts are managed through the office that requires the highest possible levels of service.
To be considered for this role you must have:
• Recent and successful recruitment experience at branch manager level or with mentoring responsibility preferably within the education sector.
• A proven business development/ sales background.
• A genuine interest in education and knowledge of current trends and developments within the education sector clear and a commitment to the recruitment industry, as evidenced by your career history.
• A full, clean driving licence.
We will consider strong recruiters from other sectors.
