Superintendent Engineer Vacancy Based at Cardiff but frequent travel around UK and occasionally abroad will be required.
Requirements:
• Proven record of engineering/maintenance management in a marine environment
• A thorough knowledge and understanding of all relevant Marine legislation
• Ability to manage the efficient use of maintenance, dry dock and improvement budgets
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external contacts
• Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate staff
• A sound knowledge of all Health & Safety related matters
• Self motivated, flexible approach to work, disciplined and organised, a decision maker
