An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Director based in Milton Keynes to join an expanding company that is focused on the digital world of local news and interests.

The role of Sales Director is a highly strategic one which will see you help shape working practices and processes both internally and externally. You will manage, develop and train the sales teams as well as taking personal responsibility for a number of key accounts.

The company are looking for a highly-motivated individual ready for the challenge of Sales Director - a creative thinker with excellent organisational and communication skills perfectly at home in today’s fast-moving media landscape.

As Sales Director you will:

• Use data and analytics to drive the business.
• Forecast projected revenue by pipeline on a weekly basis.
• Drive and motivate the team to reach and exceed activity and revenue targets.
• Identify business opportunities using market intelligence, knowledge and experience to grow revenue.
• Be a natural motivator and leader with an excellent attitude.
• A relationship builder who rolls up their sleeves to get results and loves the ‘rush’ that comes from building something from the ground up.
• Manage key accounts.
• Create a positive and innovative atmosphere.

In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus excellent Bonus Potential.
