SALES ADVISOR (FULL TIME)
Menston, Leeds

Thursday, Friday and Monday – 10-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 11-5pm bank holiday working will be required

Key duties include:
• Deliver sales in accordance with cash flows and budgets as per Group policies and processes.
• Ensure Group policies and processes are followed in order to control and report fully on all sales activities adding value to the wider business and delivering the objectives of the Region.
• Support in managing the working partnerships with management companies, third party providers and suppliers.
• Assist in the production of comprehensive Sales and Marketing reports for inclusion in Land Appraisals.
• Present and demonstrate both show homes and product to their best advantage.
• Provide constructive feedback to the Area/Field Sales Manager regarding the on-going effectiveness of local marketing of the site considering and suggesting new approaches and ideas to generate customer interest, positive publicity and community engagement.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities, working closely with site construction and customer service colleagues to deliver our client’s Customer Service Charter and achieve excellence in Customer Service.
• Maintain an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development updating customers on a weekly basis on progress.
• Actively manage communications and operational interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the achievement of the Regional business plan.
• Working with the Site Manager and Area/Field Sales Manager, ensure the development’s show home, plot build completions, standing stock, landscaping and “street scene” meet the quality and presentation standards required by Group policies and processes.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested.

Qualification/ Technical experience / Knowledge
• A relevant qualification or good experience in sales
• A basic understanding of the financial implications of the methods and sequences of build.
• Extensive product knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A basic knowledge of house building and the ability to read and demonstrate plans
• Broad knowledge of the property market and competitor activity
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
