Lavoro Care have contracts with several large UK care providers and have exciting opportunities for five experienced residential care workers to join their successful team.  

Candidates will be providing full care and support for children and young people who have emotional and behavioural issues and challenging behaviour, in residential settings.

The right candidates must have a minimum of 6 months care experience, an excellent work ethic as well as being reliable, flexible and have a caring nature.  Candidates with QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People will have a distinct advantage.  Due to the nature of the role, drivers with their own transport are required.

Please note, candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old to comply with Ofsted requirements.

In return we can offer guaranteed agency work and also permanent contracts with our care providers. We also support candidates through continuous personal development with the free specialist training courses we have available, including MAPA, medication, autism / epilepsy awareness and full mandatory training.  There will also be opportunities for candidates to undertake a QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care.

We can offer full and part time hours and also day and night shifts.  We would also be very interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for weekend only care work.

We offer competitive rates of pay and all workers will be paid weekly.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS check.  We accept portable enhanced DBS’s.
